With yesterday being Mother's Day, memories of my Mother came to mind. These memories are the reason for the drastic change in the direction of today's blog on sleep. (See the link below for other great tips from Dr. Mercola)
Here's what I learned about sleep. Mother's wisdom taught me...
- to make peace with my world before I shut my eyes to sleep.
- to mend any fences and bridges in my relationships so I would not harbor any ill feelings toward anyone I know.
- to forgive myself and others for any mistakes that were made.
- to express gratitude for what I do have instead of thinking of what I don't have.
Finally, when I do die whether that be in my sleep or anytime, I know that there is safety, protection, love and guidance in my passage on my new journey. I do not need to fear death.
Thank you Mom for all your love. I am eternally grateful.
