Client: What is a health coach?
Sharon: A health coach is someone who supports you and is in your corner, helping you stay focused and accountable on the goals you want to achieve. First in assisting you in establishing a realistic plan, a health coach can then help you achieve your goals via a clear cut step by step process.
Client: What sets you apart from other health coaches or programs?
Sharon: If I sense a potential client is not committed to making lifestyle changes, I do not work with them. It’s not in the client’s best interest to want change for a certain function, event, or for anyone other than for themselves. Once they’re my client, the underlying cause, not the symptom is the focus of our work together. This way, old thought and behavior patterns shift and true change occurs.
Client: What can I expect from you as my health coach?
Sharon: By deeply listening, I am able to provide feedback without judgment. I teach each client that same process, to listen deeply to themselves without judgment, for the answers that lie within. This process allows insight to occur. Think of this as awakening your inner healer.
Client: How would I benefit from working with you as my health coach?
Sharon: The greatest benefit to working with me as your health coach is your success in reaching your goals, not for the short term but for a lifetime. By me giving you the tools you need to succeed, you are empowered – not just when we’re working together but on your own as well. That’s the key.
