Work Out Like a Rock Star!
No previous experience necessary - Beginners Welcome!
Working out just became fun! Learn all the moves that sculpt your body for top performance in and out of the workout studio. You’ll get a cardio and strength workout, while toning your whole body and feeling like a rock star.
This class is uniquely designed to help your body shed fat and build lean muscle. Rock out to high energy music during your workout using the resistance of your own bodyweight along with plyo boxes, Bosu trainers, balance balls, medicine balls, jump ropes, ab rollers and resistance bands. Class uses a combination of circuit style workouts, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), stacking, partner drills and boot camp style training. All moves are easily modified and simple to learn. All levels of fitness welcome.
Be prepared to sweat and have a blast! Most people workout in bare feet or socks, however if you want to wear shoes please bring a clean pair of indoor-only shoes along with you to class. Note: Students should be able to comfortably get down on and off the floor before deciding to take this class.
